The Source is a collection of cannabis retail locations in Nevada and Ohio, and a parent brand to owned product brands CAMP, UB Good, and High Heads. They came to BLDG to help them reimagine their portfolio and their organizational structure, creating a more robust, usable toolkit for their marketing and retail teams while helping them create a roadmap for growth and innovation.

We established a full brand architecture for The Source, beginning with a focus on the absolute best cannabis plants and preparation techniques, encapsulated in the positioning of being an organization that is “True to plant. True to people.” Authenticity is key in this growing industry, and the emphasis on quality and fun at every level has positioned The Source to gain marketshare in Nevada, Ohio, and beyond.
