Qwally exists in the world of local governments and organizations helping entrepreneurs get their businesses up and running. This environment is loaded with über-uptight brands and larger players that make the barriers to entry for starting a business insurmountable for manning aspiring entrepreneurs. Qwally was looking for a way to stand out and help communicate how their all-in-one CRM, back office manager, and resource tool can help communities become better, more vibrant versions of themselves.
How do you take something like municipal grade govtech and make it feel friendly, approachable and fun? And after that, how do you get the community to see the full potential in what you have to offer?
Everything about the Qwally brand was made to feel approachable and unique. We dove deep into how we would communicate to municipal workers who would be using the tool, as well as the entrepreneurs those municipal workers were setting out to help. Using the analogy of a business district, we made sure to highlight all of Qwally's friendly, personalized features, best encapsulated in the initial tagline of "Say Hello to More Helpful Government."
Activating the Qwally brand was all about bringing the fun and bringing the world of government data to life. Sounds easy, right? As you can see in practice, pairing a bright brand with the community members Qwally was assisting creates a wonderful blend of optimism and tech.
